Pocock Racing Shells builds a limited number of our K1 racing single each year. In 2012, there will only be 20 K1′s built. These singles are available for late summer/early fall completion. To purchase a 2012 K1, your order and 50% deposit must be received by March 31, 2012. You can start the order process by requesting a quote.
Hypercarbon K1
Pocock Racing Shells may not immediately come to mind when considering an elite-level single. But it should – like its big brothers and sisters, the Hypercarbon K1 is light, stiff, and fast. The hull is narrow for minimal drag, yet is surprisingly easy to balance. Each boat is built to its owner’s specifications, and includes rigging that can be adjusted to an exacting degree.
