  We’re so confident that Pocock shells are built to last that each one is backed up for life. Not five years. Not seven years. If your boat ever breaks and it’s our fault, consider it taken care of.

  When you call, an actual person answers the phone. If you have a rigging question, want to buy replacement parts, or just want to talk about rowing, we’re here to help. Everyone in the office has a history in rowing (and most of us in coaching, too) and we’ll get things taken care of to your satisfaction.
• Generous Trade-Ins on ANY Brand of Racing Shell
  If you’re ready to buy a new Pocock, we’ll help make it happen. Whether your boat is one of ours or not, we’re happy to take it as a trade-in on a new Pocock.
• Fewer Repair Headaches
  Because of the way they’re built, Pocock boats just don’t break in the first place. But when accidents happen, the same guys who built your boat can fix it – whether it’s in our boathouse or yours. We can arrange to get your boat back to our shop, or refer you to a local resource. If neither of those will work, we can come to your boathouse and make the repair on the spot – typically faster (and cheaper) than trailering it back to the manufacturer yourself. Plus, since Pocock is based on the west coast, when you knock a fin off at afternoon practice and call us that night to order a new one, we’re still open and ready to ship it to you in time for tomorrow’s row.

  Your JV’s are going to have to wait a few more years to get their hand-me-down boat from the Varsity. We’ve been building boats for 100 years, and we’ve figured out how to make a shell that your top athletes will win in for more than just a year or two. The unavoidable fine print:
Pocock Racing Shells warrants all products manufactured by Pocock Racing Shells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. It does not apply to damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper maintenance, inappropriate storage, neglect, misuse, or damage sustained during transit. It does not cover wear and tear that results from normal use. Components not produced by Pocock Racing Shells will be covered by any warranty of the individual manufacturer. Pocock Racing Shells’ entire liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy will be solely dertermined by Pocock Racing Shells. Any and all related packing, shipping or trailering charges will the the responsibility of the customer.
All potential warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Pocock Racing Shells.
